Balances on webapp + extension are different #98

Describe the bug The extension shows different balances for both fiat amount + amount on chains compared to the webapp.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Compare your balances on extension vs webapp

  2. ATOM on 5 chains on webapp vs 4 chains on extension
