Changelog:

Upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 (confirmed Dockerfile also works on Ubuntu 14.04)
Update Yara and yara-python to v3.5.0
Resolve broken dependencies (thanks @punkrokk!)
Add macholibre as per FSF installation guide
