Substitute icons missing #3

The icons for substitute and substitute_shiny referenced in the definition json don't seem to be present in the pack. this is causing certain unsupported mons which would usually default back to these icons, to instead display as a texture missing icon.

Sorry for the late reply. The issue has now been resolved. Please use version 1.2.1 of the resource pack!
