- Add Link item render type;
- Add required frontend files for link presentation;
- Remove check on source facet setting for CATEGORY. This resulted in a tree being presented. However, the user should be able to choose the presentation in tweakwise;
- Add/modify required logic to present link view if chosen in tweakwise.
