Add patch for missing eav attributes #250

On a clean install of the latest magento version the eav attributes for up/crosssell are missing for categories.

This causes the up/cross sell settings for an category to not be saved.

This patch adds the attributes. If the attributes already exists nothing happens (in magento 2.4.4)

@ah-net We also had this same problem for another client. I have resolved with #251. Actually the operator was wrong there. So that makes this PR obsolete.
