This flag once enable by the player informs the player once they load new or old chunks.
To prevent intense spamming of the brain, I have added a measure which means it will ONLY send this message if its non consecutive to the previous. Allow me to give a demo;
It will ONLY say you have loaded a new chunk - If the chunk you loaded before that chunk was an old chunk.
If you load an old chunk and then another old chunk - It won't do anything
The same if you load a new chunk and then another new chunk - It won't do anything
This means a player is able to fly with this flag enabled until they see the message 'Chunk is new' and then look for newly generated areas.
