To my knowledge Josh has actually made a full spleef plugin. Just it's never been turned on.
One of the 'main' reasons for the expandable inventory handler was for games and multi-world. One thing we will have to be able to do with games is swap the inventory based on the lot/zone. So if a player enters a game designated area - then their inventory swaps to the lot name. Meaning we can give them things like shovels and we won't have any problems with them getting them out the arena.
I was going to make spleef using my system, so I could have a more... expandable system and a game api of sorts. But I didn't want to like, override? Josh's amazing work.
We could implement it, and at a later time have an updated plugin for the new project?
I added support to it to lots.
The idea before i left was to make "/lot spleef" commands, where it saved the lot. And when a button was pressed it was then rested to that save.
like 99% of the code was done, so all that was missing was the command.
So we should push this! People like spleef.
I'm not sure how Ein coded (hardcoded?) a few (one?) of the earlier spleef arenas that had a button you could push to refill the surface but it would be nice if we had a few spleef arenas that could do that.
Some other mini-games would be cool too (but I have no idea what).
