New plugin: Mcmmo #308

I was thinking that maybe more people would come back to Tregmine if there was more competition, and Mcmmo or some plugin like it would help. People would play more and try to be at the top, causing more server traffic.

Well, as you know we dislike using existing plugins unless needed. We might still decide to move in that direction with our own code though. What kind off features would be needed?

The simplest way of looking at MCMMO is a tonne of statistics for everything to do with MC of which you can rank up and get varying 'prizes and achivements' Like you can rank up 'Lumber' by chopping trees (Could unlock the lumber axe we have) etc

I'm working on something like this for Bytecraft.

If someone else starts working on it that'd be great, and then we can combine them :D

@sabersamus If it's not done by the time I return back to plugin coding - I'll help/do it Taking a bit of a break from the plugin - working on the site etc

It would be cool for anarchy - I am not sure if I would wanna see it in world
