Changes for Anarchy #319

  1. Fix so you spawn in anarchy when you die
  2. Fix beds so you may have 1 bed per world.
  3. Disable flying so donators can't enable it again.
  4. Disable all rank privileges for Builders and Guards and coders in anarchy, except ban and kick for guards (this way builders have a world they may play as normal players in as well)
  5. Fix so you die if your in combat and try to logout (or so you have to be still for 20s before you logout).

Guardians don't have anything there as a advantage, but I believe coders can tp still.

Cole you do, you just don't know it - It seems :P I know Koala has used one of the features you shouldn't have.

Mk, I thought we said beds would work - but would be per world so you don't spawn in the main world if your in anarchy and vice versa?

ahh sure lets go for that instead.

Fix multi-world beds. Disable rank privileges. Add NPC Sleepers. Add a lot more logging for Anarchy to help catch cheaters. Better integration for Nether and End. - Mostly done
