Flashed but OFF showing #3

Hi, thanks a lot for your code... however I have flashed it and I get OFF all the time. I have tried to flash it several time but always the same error. Could it be something with the software?

I can only think of the eeprom being wrong. Have you flashed the correct .hex file? If you flashed the 103 version and have the 003 hardware, that could be a problem.

Alternatively: what if you press the PWR button for a few seconds? The stc1000 should get back to a normal state.
