PID stopped working #7

PID output is stuck at 0. In thermostat mode, heating gets turned on. It worked fine the last time I used it, and no hardware or setting change was made. Any ideas? Thanks!

UPDATE: After I manually turned the heating on and the temperature increased, PID kicked in.

It seems to be working now, not sure what was wrong. Perhaps higher ambient temperature affected it?
