Links to other wiki files are broken #3

Instead of being able to click links to other wiki markups, they are just bold sans hyperlink.

External links if the document is not in the archive e.g. instead of [[integration-with-the-payment-system-code.html|here]] should be [integration-with-the-payment-system-code.html|here]

For internal links if the document is inside the archive e.g. [[link to other page]]
