[BUG] Clutter causes JEI to disappear for people connecting to Server

Describe the bug JEI doesn't show up for anyone in multiplayer except for the host (only when Clutter is installed)

To Reproduce Set up a server/share a world through Lan, Essential or Worldhost, have someone connect to you and check if JEI appears.

Mod Version: Latest version, Fabric 1.20.1

Okay I found more information for this that might help - It seems like Clutter causes JEI to break only when these mods are also present:

Macaw's mods Cultural Delight -and possibly more but it's been hard to figure out. In the meantime this should hopefully help.
