Mean temperature #21

The currently implementation only allows for visualizing individuals years.

Inclusion of mean temperature would be helpful. However, it would likely need to occur as an entirely new map tab because of the selection differences (i.e., singular vs. a range).

Also, need to figure out the complexities behind filtering all of those data collectively (i.e., across regions), calculating those means, and then displaying them without bias. For example, there are not 40+ years of data regions other than the Eastern Bering Sea.

A 1982-2022 selection window that incorporates and displays mean data across all regions might give the impression that those means are based on 40 years in all regions, whereas in reality it's a much smaller subset. How to reconcile that for a collective map will take some careful consideration.

Other regions have different survey lengths or frequencies, which require other considerations
