Function calls in UML diagram still do require parentheses, but seem to absent here:

Reason for disagreement: Even though they are both considered missing brackets, there are on different accounts. One is on the UML diagrams, the other is in the DG explanation itself. hence affecting the flow of the DG on 2 different aspects.
