Pie Chart @sin and @cos #24

This looks like more of math questions. I am creating a pie chart, based on the string-length of speech. I did understand the sequence of how to create it, but I cannot figure out how to get @sin and @cos from the angles ( I remember how to get it if I know each length of a triangle). According to online search, there seems a function to get them in LotusScript? Is there something similar in our programs?

Unhelpfully, the input to these functions must be in radians, rather than degrees. Yi explains how to make that conversion in item 2 at the bottom of her http://presidential.obdurodon.org/methodology.xhtml.
