Implemented screen protection and updated settings to include a switch for screen protection #75

Main changes:

updated the table app_settings to include a row for screen protection
updated the onCreate and onUpgrade to call the method to update the table
put a callback on the CalendarScreen composable to be able to manipulate the flags in the main activity

It works on local phone. Emulator still allows screenshots and not making screen private when switching apps. Good to keep in mind! Tested on S10E and it worked.
