Separate application #4

Possibly separate application. It does not look relevant to the rest of the code base (even if the two apps work together). I'd propose to create a separate repository for this project.

Were intending on supporting a few micro controllers by modular API's. The interface which allows generic control of these modular API's may be broke out to a standalone application
