Can't create prefixes in versioned HGDBOWL ontology #74

1) Open a versioned ontology with the Protege-HGDB plugin
2) Go to "Active Ontology"->"Ontology Prefixes" tab
3) create some prefixes
4) switch to a different tab, or view, or whatever, and the prefixes desappear.
