What are the steps to reproduce this issue?（重现步骤？）
Create a new plugin, that depends on EmmyLua (see my factorio plugin). Then start the project and open the settings (if it is not yet printed to stdout, opene the emmyLua settings page).

com.intellij.diagnostic.PluginException is thrown to stdout.
What were you expecting to happen?（期望？）
An exception is never good, especially when it is thrown to stdout.
