Add Adafruit GFX Library to dependencies list

Description

To be done after the latest master has been released to arduino. The current release v1.2.77 does not have the the updated directory structure with emotibit_stock_fw or emojiBit[That was changed in 1.2.78, which has not ben released yet] Note that this may not be a dependency if Emoji_GFX goes in a separate repo https://github.com/EmotiBit/EmotiBit_FeatherWing/issues/144
