Change naming of HIBERNATE_PIN in EmotiBitVersionController to match EN_VDD on sch #300

Describe the bug The references to all HIBERNATE related variables in EmotiBitVersionController have a rather obscure legacy naming that's hard to understand. Perhaps using EN_VDD or something similar that relates to the pin label on the latest HW sch would be more helpful.
