Using the dataParser script when parsing data on a different drive (letter) on windows throws errors on the console

Describe the bug

• Command called:
  • ./EmotiBitDataParser.sh -x "C:\Program Files\EmotiBit\EmotiBit DataParser\EmotiBitDataParser.exe" -d "D:\dev\CFL\EmotiBit\data analysis\data_xenbox\Data-20230511T212157Z-001\Data _Copy\Jared" -r true
• using the DataParser script when the exe is on 1 drive and data on another throws some parsed data file creation errors.
  • 
• The Parser still parses the data, so its weird file creation error are being thrown.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Move data to a differnt drive (Say D:)
2. Call the parser script with -x pointing to DataParser.exe in C:\Program Files\EmotiBit\EmotiBit DataParser
3. The console should print some errors are shown in the image above.

Expected behavior

• no errors should be thrown while parsing.
