Application icon not displayed in Windows 11 #197

Describe the bug Looks like the EmotiBit Application icon is not being displayed on windows 11. It seems to be working on windows 10. Need more testing for definitive bug report.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open EmotiBit Application on Windows 11.
  2. Notice application icon on task bar.

Expected behavior The EmotiBit application icon should be displayed on the task bar.
