Update lsl filename in readme #224

Describe the bug

readme specifies the wrong filename as liblsl64.dll, whereas, in lsl v1.14.0, the dll file is called lsl.dll https://github.com/EmotiBit/ofxEmotiBit/blob/master/README.md#the-following-addons-should-be-placed-inside-the-openframeworks-addons-folder
