prevent users from earning for more than 7 sessions #11

Participants may occasionally do more than 7 sets (if, for example, they have to reschedule their second lab visit and keep practicing). When this happens, the earnings calculation should only add up their first seven sets. No participant should be paid for more than 7 breathing sets.

We aren't making this change after all. Participants will be paid for all of the breathing they do.
