the concerns tab and the posts tab are exactly the same

I think concerns could be part of posts, but similarly to github, we put a "concern tab" to make it evident. So a concern post is a post until you add on that tag.

or another thing that could be considered is have another section in the concerns tab that keep track of resolved concerns. something similar to the contracts posts
