Czech encoding of characters. #7

Hi, I have noticed, that some characters are misencoded in XIS, while some are correctly. Any idea, how to fix that? OpenTTD itself is correctly, so maybe look at OpenTTD czech.lng for help with encoding.

can you point out any specific errors? It looks fine to me but I don't read Czech :)

In latest BaNaNaS version it seems correct on JGRpp 0.43.1... When I submited this Issue, some characters were wrong, but now it seems correct. Will start a new game with latest version today, if I see any problems, will let you know.
