Force show full ep titles (numbers) #2

It should be added because many people track their watching progress by ep no instead of title, also how can I create playlist (asked because it was recommended on readme.md)

I have this working on the testing branch. To add stuff to a playlist you click the three dots next to a movie or episode, and then "Add to playlist". If you don't have one made it has "New..." as an option.

@EmperorPenguin18 There is no three dots on menu when I do ctrl+j do I something wrong?

It's in the jellyfin UI, not this one.
