THE CLASSIC FPS/RTS MASHUP RETURNS

Empires is a large scale, FPS meets RTS multiplayer shooter emphasizing team play, strategic depth, and fast paced arcade shooter action. Jump into the role of Infantry, Tank driver, or Commander to help your team to victory in 64 player matches, joining the global Brenodi Empire, or the determined Northern Faction rebels

Featuring 2 FACTIONS, 14 VEHICLES, 12 BUILDINGS, and MULTIPLE GAMEMODES, Empires creates exciting, fast paced, and wildly fun experiences where your team's decisions matter.

FPS MEETS RTS

Empires blends FPS and RTS genres by adding a COMMANDER to each team. Tasked with building massive enterable buildings, activating battlefield changing abilities, and guiding their team to victory with an expansive research tree, the Commander is a vital resource to the team that ensures that you have everything you need to bring victory to your team. Command the battlefield from your Armored Command Vehicle but be careful! If the other team manages to destroy your Command Vehicle, they Win!

Large Scale Combined Arms Gameplay

Join your squad of 5 to face off against an opposing 32 player team. With expansive maps, varied starting zones, and commander placeable buildings, your ability to work with your team, react to the ever changing battlefield, and use one of the many vehicles in the game will guide you to victory. Select one of 4 unique infantry classes, or drive one of 6 vehicle classes!

Level Up To Victory

Every round of Empires provides a unique leveling system to improve your character and your impact on the battlefield. Defeating enemies, Reviving teammates, Building buildings, Repairing tanks, Destroying the other team's buildings, and more will gain you Experience points, which will level you up over the course of a match. Take those levels and increase your battlefield prowess with unlockable skills, such as the Engineers Revive, the Scouts Cloak, the Grenadier's Armor Detection, or the Engineer's Upgraded Turret, and many more. Your decisions matter!

I'm trying to rewrite it but i have massive migraine. I think parts of it are a bit cringy and/or repetitive, some pretty irrelevant things are highlighted while the core awesomeness of empires is not really touched upon

I cant do this today but IMO: We need to combine the THE CLASSIC FPS/RTS MASHUP RETURNS, FPS MEETS RTS, Large Scale Combined Arms Gameplay headers into one coherent description - 31v31 FPS with 1 commander each, describe roles (infantry, drivers, squad leaders, commander), emphasis on map control and the fact resources, buildings and tech are core part of the game (other games have commanders but usually they do some useless crap that makes barely any difference) Once general description of wtf the game is we could talk about particular features in sections: Gameplay, modes, scenarios etc Classes Weapons and gear Vehicles Buildings

One cool thing to include could be a timelapse of a minimap over a course of match, to show both teams map control ebbing and flowing

I would highlight that empires is one of the only true successfull no gimmick RTS FPS games that has ever existed.

That was one of my pet peeves i think Could we try brainstorming with a google doc later/ actual voice chat in a group? I really have trouble thinking today and i dont want to be just negativity
