Sometimes kill messages have the wrong source #38

Also, Does not appear to trigger a Kill Toast message. Very likely a problem with how kills are recorded, not how they are displayed

I vaguely remember there were issues with how the ASC's interact. Kill messages depend on both the killer and victim ASC being intact (?)
