In the Activity Pack, some of the descriptions for the activities (Grades 1-12) list the number of errors, and some don't. Furthermore, some of the ones that do list the errors are writing numbers 1-10 in digits rather than written out, which is incorrect.
Solution: take out the number of errors from every question, since they show up anyways on the top right corner once you start doing the activity.
