Pipeline: Signup the Contributors

• Code work: Get the image upload working properly, as well as a CLA page.
• Make sure the posting as profiles is working.
• Reach out to people in batches. Include what their contribution is, and ask them to post.
• Review the gmail folder “Quill Community Supporters” to tap a list of people who should sign up as well as a list of contributions to post back to it.

**There is a folder here with random contributions that need to go up. Everyone should be posted.
