Clean up the SBIR grant to shop it around to foundations #158

Trim the grant down so that it contains the following info:

  1. A one page letter of introduction, which is a combination of the "problem" (the current page 1) as well as the letter of introduction Peter used in the Gates grant (follow that format). It should contain recent updates about our sucesses - LearnLaunch, Verizon, new apps, new brand.
  2. The project page, which is about 4-6 page distills all of the information from the current grant about the recommendations.
  3. The teams section should be included as a one page thing here. Use the same format as the Gates grant, where we show people's pictures. You don't need to format the table for this, just get the assets together (so it will be more than one page for now).
  4. The research section, which should basically be the current research section as is, baring any repitition.
  5. The letters of support + the pilot agreement letter.

The whole thing will probably clock in at 12-15 pages.
