Quill Google Voice Number is Broken #186

A person reported that they tried calling our number and it did not work. We should look into what is going on here. Ideally we could:

  1. Make this phone number on at a certain time range.
  2. Make sure there is a nice voicemail message making it clear this is Quill.
  3. Hook it up to Collin's phone number. He has agreed to take the calls.
