Add a refer a Teacher Button #95

We should add a refer a teacher button. Possible locations would be the front page the classroom management area and the front page. This is kind of a no brainier feature to help grow our user base.

Teachers will be asked to share the activity after they assign it.

In addition, we will post the times that we are involved in twitter chats. We will ask teachers to chat with us there.
