Lobby System

Quill Writer should have a lobby. Perhaps this can be an invisible lobby, where students wait in a queue, and when other students join, the students are automatically paired up. Students are told to wait to pair up.

Probably won't be this trippy, perhaps we can do something else scientific or fun.

We could also show students something they could read while they are waiting. For example, we could embed a short, interesting text related to the activity at hand.

There is a lobby implementation currently. It works but needs a little touch up to conform to the changes we made for the short links.

Needs a lobby

• Students need to be able to hit a lobby during test. An easy way to test. During Beta Testing, they all hit one lobby and then pair up by finding names.
• Once it is integrated, they get a classroom lobby. If they enter a game, they can always go back to the lobby.

Masked Domain Name It needs to be a super simple address. For example, we could point > goqw.org to the proper address. This can then forward to the lobby.
