This pull request consolidates most of the Asuna game mods into a single mod, asuna_core. This makes Asuna dependency management and code management much simpler.
There are a number of other changes prompted by the code consolidation:
Minetest Game default biomes and biome decorations are no longer registered. This removes the need for Ethereal's biome_init.lua script which in turn makes biome/decoration registration more stable and also allows Asuna to register its own biomes/decorations without interference from Ethereal.
Asuna now registers all biomes itself. The minetest.register_biome function is modified to prevent duplicate biome registrations in other mods.
Surface stone from caves is now repaired with biome surface nodes. This removes the ugly surface stone that the cave carver would sometimes leave on the surface.
Biome decorations now have the all_floors flag set when no other surface flags are specified. This allows biome decorations to be placed in areas that would be otherwise bare, such as around cave entrances and beneath cliffs/ledges. This has the side effect of allowing biome ingress into caves near the surface which can make some cave entrances look more interesting (albeit slightly unnatural in some cases).
Ocean decoration adjustments that became necessary after adjusting the default/Ethereal registration relationship, plus a couple of changes to improve the overall look of oceans.
