w2p theme modification

We need to modify our default w2p theme a little bit.

Download button on the side is obsolete and we need to replace it with this 
"Get started" one (get_started_btn.png) and it looks same as before 
(home_page.png).
Should be linked to:
http://www.zetaprints.com/magentohelp/magento/

Also, in the "W2P Resources" sidebar block, add a new list item called 
"Pricing" and link it to:
http://www.zetaprints.com/web-to-print-and-dynamic-imaging-pricing
