Bugs on in-preview image edit opening #660

From issue #659:

2. The center-cross doesn't appear when fit in field is clicked, so it is 
impossible to shift the frame over the image, but I can do everything else.
They X appears after resizing the frame. You need to check both axis if there 
is any room to move the frame.

3. Resized the frame as in [2], the X appeared, tried to move it, but it could 
only move within the original area of the placeholder. I want to move it over 
the entire image.

4. The cropping area cannot be stretched to its original size/position. There 
are about 10px left, which is terribly annoying.

6. Saving and re-opening gives a totally broken image with broken positioning.

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0alpha6 (alpha)
in FF, IE7,8 and 9, Chrome, Safari, Opera.

2. Test OK
3. Test OK
4. Test OK

Notes. 
a) Image doesn't load in the image editor on IE7 at all. Unable to Test any of 
the issues in IE7.
b) Image editor FancyBox is all crook in IE9 (ie9_image_edit.png).

IE9 hasn't been released yet, why do we test it then?

I've tested on IE9 before, it was released some time ago.

web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0alpha7 (alpha)

IE9 - Test OK
IE7 - FancyBox opens now but it falls apart when I try to move the cropping 
area frame towards one of the bottom corners (01.png and 02.png)

Problem with IE7 was moved to issue 673. They are similar.
