Image editor "Save" button doesn't save

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0alpha10 (alpha)

Replication instructions:

- Navigate to 
http://d1.zetaprints.com/mageimage/index.php/magentot-01/1pg-template.html
- Upload image, edit it with the ImgEditor (I made it fit height and click 
"Save" (save_01.png).
- Image thumb does not have the correct area selected (save_02.png)
- The highlighter shape for the edited image field is collapsed into a dot 
(save_03.png)
- Updating preview shows the whole image when it should show the cropped part 
of it (fit height) only (save_04.png).

Saving actually saves. This works fine.
The thumbs highlight area is a separate issue.
