Disable functionality until loaded #682

1. Open image editor
2. Click on CROP while the image is loading
The image never shows.
Clicking on X RESET refreshes the screen.

Add a temp layer to disable the controls, but keep them visible anyway.

Please, test with 1.9.2.0alpha15 (already installed on /mageimage/)

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0alpha15 (alpha)

The entire page is dimmed now until the image is loaded or there's processing 
going on.
