Please add a feature to “not” a filter. It probably wouldn’t fit in the “group combination logic” tab, it would have to be applied per-filter.
For example, I make a new tab with two different filters. The first one is filter type “installed.” I set the switch to ON (this is already available in the current build.) The second filter is type “collection.” However, I set the switch to OFF, and my new tab shows me all installed games that aren’t in the filtered collection.
