Is it possible to update Retroarch? #5

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to update Retroarch inside the 3.7.-Addon-version?

The implemented version of Retroarch is 1.9.0, but the newest version right now is 1.9.11.

I already tried to overwrite the retroarch file with the newest ARM-Version (https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/arm/retroarch), but it didn't run.

Any idea why not? Or any idea how such an update is possible?

Don't worry, I finally managed to get Emuelec running on my android box, so I won't be using the Add-on anymore.
