all symbol links for libmali.so are broken

This repo is mostly used in EmuELEC, libmali.so is not included here, but copied on build time from here: https://github.com/EmuELEC/EmuELEC/blob/dev/packages/sx05re/tools/32bit/emuelec-32bit-libs/package.mk#L19

If for any reason you need these libraries elsewhere, you can copy the file from here: https://dn.odroid.com/RK3326/ODROID-GO-Advance/rk3326_r13p0_gbm_with_vulkan_and_cl.zip and rename it to libmali.so
