31 show bets and prompts on profile page #49

LGTM, I can go over the style changes on it later but for the moment all the bets and prompts are showing up

I wonder a bit about needing a MyBetsFeed and then another MyBetsAndPrompts to hold it as it seems a bit redundant, but I dont think it's harmful so everything looks good to me.

I think it's good how it is because the bet feed might look different from the prompt feed.
