Netplay #98

I think the most important reason for BizHawk to exist is to provide a
framework for core developers to make emulators without having to worry about
making a GUI, menus, or tools. A lot of projects have been forked to allow for
NetPlay with Kaillera (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaillera). Thus, even
though our main goal is to reduce the redundancy of TASing tools out there, I
think it'd be also cool to reduce the number of random Kaillera forks by
supporting NetPlay and giving our users the ability to play all of the systems
we support online. It'd broaden our audience, and considering how many projects
use Kaillera, I doubt it's particularly difficult to integrate.

Not updated for roughly a decade at this point. Everything available only in
binary blob form. Looks like a dead project that won't ever come back to life
(because it's closed source).
