Bust-A-Move 4 graphics bug #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a new game
2. Go in-game
3. Watch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game field should have bright bubbles on the foreground and some grayed 
background. Instead it's all grayed with foreground sprites

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Seems sort-dma or shadow volumes problem

fixed in r2167
looks like "Z write disble" bit must be ignored for PunchThrough polygons
