Return to the Dreamcast BIOS if window focus is lost or pad device is lost #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play any dreamcast game
2. Go to the Controls Config menu
3. Exit it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game should go further, but jumps immediately to the DC bios instead.
