Feature Request: Is it possible to hack 30fps games to 60fps? #126

In particular Hydro Thunder for Dreamcast coded for 30fps GPU display output, 
is it possible to hack to 60fps?  Also 18 Wheeler for Naomi possible to hack 
GPU display output to 60fps?
